Ice Station Valencia, in cooperation with the Hollywood Curling Club, will offer two curling clinics as part of ISV’s Olympic Salute Weekend. The two clinics will be held on different days and at different times.

The first clinic will be held Saturday, Feb. 13th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and clinic number two will be on Sunday morning, Feb. 14th from 9:45 am to 12:45 pm. The clinics are open to adults and children eight years old and up. (Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian)

Learn to play one of the fastest growing Winter Olympic sports in Southern California. The clinics will include a video and oral presentation prior to the on-ice instruction by certified instructors.

How much, you ask? Each daily clinic will cost only $10! And, as an added bonus, during the Sunday morning clinic, children of curlers can skate with Frosty the Snowman and one of Ice Station’s professional instructors on the Pond.

Curling is a fun and social sport as well. Ice Station Valencia’s Grill and Sports Bar will be open too.

So, dress warm, but comfortable and WEAR RUBBER SOLED SHOES! (Gloves are also recommended) Ice Station will provided everything else you need!
